Refund Policy - the basics
1. General Policy
All bookings for our Travel WiFi devices are non-refundable once confirmed. Please ensure you review your order details, travel dates, and selected plan before completing your purchase.
2. Special Case-by-Case Consideration
Refunds may only be granted under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of TravellersRec. Examples may include:

Service not delivered due to our fault.

Device malfunction that cannot be resolve in time.
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:

Change of mind after booking.

Trip cancellation for personal reasons.

Late collection or failure to collect the device.

Reduced or no usage of the device.
