You can choose from home delivery. Return is just as easy — send it back via courier.

You will be charged a replacement or repair fee as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days before travel to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.

Our policy is strictly no refunds, except in special case-by-case situations as outlined in our Refund Policy.

You can connect up to 6 devices without affecting performance.
